Starting September 1st, 2026 I will be in network with the following insurance providers:

• OSU Health Plan

• OSU Student Health Plan

• Ohio PPO Connect

• Ohio Health Choice

• Quality Care Partners

If your insurance provider is not listed above, I would be considered an out-of-network provider.

If you have out-of-network benefits through your insurance plan, it’s possible that they may reimburse you for a portion of what you pay out-of-pocket. If that is the case, I would be happy to provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company.

I also accept HSA and FSA cards for payment as well as most major credit cards.

I have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy. This is completely optional for clients. If interested, you can use this tool below to see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services.
