Gentle, Practical Support for Emotional Growth & Family Connection
Does this sound familiar?
· Your 5-year-old is having meltdowns and doesn’t listen. You want your home to feel more calm and less like a battle each day.
· Your 8-year-old has anxiety and it’s stopping them from going places and doing certain things.
· Your 12-year-old is having a hard time with friends and they struggle with managing big feelings.
· Your 14-year-old can’t focus and they’re not able to get things done that they need to do. It’s starting to affect their self-esteem.
You’re not alone. These are just a few examples of what I help kids and their families work on in therapy. I work with kids and teens ages 4-17 and I specialize in treating anxiety, ADHD, as well as the other struggles they may face: trouble with friendships, self-esteem, keeping up with responsibilities, and finding enjoyment in their day-to-day.
You want to see your child happy, confident, and thriving. When a child is having a hard time, their parents often start to feel worried themselves or overwhelmed and at a loss when they don’t have the right tools and support.
The good news is that you and your child don’t have to face those challenges alone. If we work together, we can see positive results. There is hope. With the right support, there is an opportunity to bring peace and connection back into your family. I would love nothing more than to help you get there!
